PFD525-PRE-CRUSHER FOR WHOLE CARCASSES

Machine designed for crushing whole animal bodies (bovine, pig carcasses and others).

The machine body is made of thick, sturdy carbon steel sheets and an internal roller on which rotating teeth are welded, equipped with a wear-resistant coating that is highly resistant to impact and abrasion from ferrous bodies for long life.

Two cast steel supports with double roller crown oscillating bearings ensure perfect rotation parallel to the machine axis.

A motor transmits power via belts and pulleys to a nationally manufactured gearbox that is larger than necessary to ensure good durability.
