PC300 – CONTINUOUS PRESS

High-performance machine for pressing slaughterhouse waste, leaving minimal fat residue in the solid output product.

This machine, made entirely of carbon steel and heat-treated or coated with wear-resistant material, is powered by a high-performance electric motor.

This power is transmitted, via belts and pulleys, directly to a nationally manufactured gearbox which, to ensure long service life and low noise during operation, is constructed from top quality materials. The motion is transmitted directly to the pressure shaft which, together with the cage and cone, forms the fundamental elements of the product transformation field. The internal pressure shaft has the function of transporting the material into a cage, compressing it. The pressure is regulated by means of the pressure cone, from which the solid residue in the product is discharged.
