Our system optimizes the biogas yield of the different organic matrices thanks to a system for the mechanical treatment of the fermented liquid which occurs during its transfer between the fermenter and the post-fermenter.
Our technology eliminates the risk of inserting foreign bodies into the treatment, makes the process extremely flexible because it allows numerous products to be sent to the plant and treat both the material coming from the post-fermenter, ensuring reduced maintenance costs and self-consumption. Furthermore, this system allows you to make the most of the introduced matrix, increasing its production.
We create electrical panels for the control of our systems consisting of a cabinet, equipped with a programmable logic control device (PLC) and all the components necessary for optimal operation. PLC technology makes it easier to adopt any control or switching sequence, delays or variations within the program itself, times can be combined and calibrated with the manual programmer. Alongside the PLC software we also design the control and supervision software.
