AO5000 – DISCONTINUOUS DIATHERMIC OIL COOKER

Discontinuous cooker with diathermic oil circulation designed to meet the cooking standards required in slaughterhouse waste plants and to operate at internal pressure or under vacuum.

External steel body surrounded by the diathermic oil circulation circuit.

Inside, a rotating shaft further heats the material, again using diathermic oil, and keeps it in motion.

The material is loaded through a flange located at the top of the body, while the product is discharged through a special outlet located at the bottom of the cooker.

Thermal insulation made of rock wool covered with sheet metal.

The material is sterilised and dried by the heat transmitted through the diathermic oil circulation circuit.
