AV5000 – DISCONTINUOUS COOKER

Discontinuous cooker for cooking slaughter waste designed to be used with an internal pressure of 3 Bar. An electronic control system allows the sterilization cycle to be carried out in a completely automatic, simple, and absolutely reliable way as the safety system is certified according to current regulations. The internal paddle shaft is connected to a parallel axis gearbox and supported by two double row roller oscillating bearings.
