DF21 – GRINDER

Machine designed to crush the cake coming out of the press. It consists of a sturdy rectangular sheet metal body to be inserted after the press discharge. Inside there is a rotating shaft supported by two double radial roller bearings and driven by a gear motor directly coupled to the transmission hub.

The rotating shaft is fitted with specially shaped teeth, divided axially in a bi-directional spiral shape to ensure good distribution of the material to be crushed along the entire length of the axis. Inside the body, there are fixed counter teeth, also with anti-wear coating, which, by interposing themselves with the rotating teeth, crush the incoming material.
