FP2000-D – SEED CAKE CRUSHER

Machine for coarse crushing of the oilcake coming out of the pressing. Inside it there is a double rotating shaft supported by double radial roller bearings and driven by a gearmotor directly fitted to the transmission hub. Specially shaped teeth with surface treatment are positioned on the rotating shaft and divided axially in the shape of a bidirectional spiral to ensure good distribution of the material to be crushed along the entire length of the axis.

Inside the body of the machine there are fixed opposing teeth also with surface treatment which, by interposing themselves with the rotating ones, cause the crushing of the incoming material.
