FPE2000 – SEED CAKE CRUSHER

Machine suitable for crushing the oilcake coming out of pressing. It consists of a sturdy rectangular sheet metal body to be inserted after the press unloading. Inside it there is a rotating shaft supported by two double radial roller bearings and driven by a gearmotor directly fitted to the transmission hub.
Special shaped teeth with anti-wear coating are positioned on the rotating shaft and divided axially in the shape of a bi-directional spiral to ensure good distribution of the material to be crushed along the entire length of the axis. Inside the body there are fixed opposing teeth installed, also with anti-wear coating which, by interposing themselves with the rotating ones, cause the crushing of the incoming material.
