M64 – HAMMER MILL

Machine designed for grinding animal-based flours. It has a structure made of thick carbon steel sheet metal and a roller with a central shaft and discs on which the hammers are fixed. The hammers are made of carbon steel and treated to increase their wear resistance. Inside the structure there are two removable armour plates that act as beaters for the material during the grinding phase, before it is discharged through special grids.

The rotor’s supporting structure is fixed to a base plate by means of fixing screws, while the mill rotor is connected to the motor by means of an elastic coupling and a protective cover.
