MF40 – CRUSHER

Machine for crushing slaughterhouse waste. Robustness and minimal size, excellent performance with low energy consumption. The MF crusher is built with very thick sheet metal and is composed of an internal rotating roller dynamically balanced and supported at both ends by two double-row orientable radial bearings of barrel rollers enclosed by relative cast steel supports.

The transmission is guaranteed through large section belts and pulleys connected directly to the engine. The size of the crushing produced is less than 25 mm.

Rotating hammers are arranged on the roller which, when rotating, are interposed with fixed hammers which in case of maintenance are easily interchangeable thanks to a wedge locking system.
