PSP100 – PRE-PRESSING PRESS

This press is designed to carry out a pre-pressing process of oil seeds with a 24-hour continuous service factor, squeezing with oil residue in the output product suitable for being squeezing in a second pressing. This machine, built entirely in carbon steel and with equipment made with special materials, is supplied complete with all its accessories such as: hydraulic power unit and special keys for rapid opening of the machine for periodic maintenance. This machine is driven by an electric motor whose power is transmitted, through belts-pulleys, directly to a reducer and the motion is then transmitted directly to the pressure shaft which, together with the cage, constitute the main elements for the transformation of the product. The pressure shaft consists of several pieces with the function of transporting the material inside the cage and compressing it to extract the oil.
