RAF4000 – COOLER

Cooling unit for oilcake or flour by means of air, suitable for extracting vapours and hot air released from flours of animal or vegetable origin. This system sucks in air from outside the machine, introduces it into the cooler in the product loading area and creates a forced passage through a bag filter before expelling the vapours outside. Inside the cooler the product is continuously mixed thanks to a stirrer shaft which allows homogeneous cooling and its exit from the discharge area.

The unit consists of a series of pipes that take external air and convey it inside the cooler and a bag filter suitable for reducing dust from the air sucked in from inside the cooler.
